3. Prices and Payments
3.1 Prices
- Discount codes are not cumulative and do not apply to items already on sale or promotion
- APREELS reserves the right to modify prices at any time, while ensuring that the price applied at the time of order confirmation remains valid
- Customers are not entitled to price adjustments after purchase
- Prices in euros (€) include VAT for EU sales
- Prices are displayed in the customer's local currency. If the website displays a currency different from your country's, you can change it at the bottom left corner of the website
- All discount percentages refer to prices in euros. They may vary slightly when converted to other currencies
- Orders shipped outside the EU do not include VAT and may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These are the customer's responsibility upon delivery

We offer secure, encrypted payment options. APREELS does not store or access any payment information.
Payment methods will be shown during checkout. All are encrypted to protect your data using secure algorithms.
4. Shipments and Deliveries
4.1 Countries, Delivery Methods, and Shipping Costs

4.2 Preparation Times
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours, except for items marked as PRE-ORDER, which may take longer. Estimated times are listed on each product page.
4.3 Shipping and Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary by destination — check estimated delivery times in our shipping policies.
4.4 Customs Fees
Orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Exchanges & Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your request is received, we will email you instructions.
Important: Return and exchange policies may vary depending on the country. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds or exchanges will not be processed until the item arrives at our studio. We recommend using a trackable courier to ensure safe delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom items (special stones, sizes, or made-to-order designs)
- 18ct solid gold items
- Earrings, for hygiene reasons
Exchange Process
- If the new item costs less: You will receive a voucher for the price difference (no monetary refund)
- If the new item costs more: We will send you a link to pay the difference
Packaging Conditions
- Returned items must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with no signs of use
- Customers are responsible for proper packaging
- We cannot accept returns for damaged or used items
Returns Will NOT Be Accepted If:
- The item shows signs of use
- The packaging or product is not in its original condition
While not required, we appreciate any feedback or reason for your return.
6. Warranty
All our products include a 2-year warranty from the delivery date, covering material or manufacturing defects.
- This does not cover normal wear or misuse
- We offer one free re-plating service within two years of your order
To claim your warranty, please contact our Customer Service through the Returns Center.

In accordance with the GDPR, you may exercise your rights to access, rectify, delete, or limit your data.
