Return Policy Overview
You have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, no explanation needed (however, we appreciate any feedback or reason for the return).
You will receive step-by-step instructions via email once your request is submitted.
Important: Return and exchange conditions may vary depending on your country of origin. In all cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Until we receive the returned package, no refund or exchange can be processed. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized pieces (any item with stones, sizes, or designs different from the standard website options or engraved jewelry)
- 18k Solid Gold pieces
- Earrings, for hygiene reasons
Please make sure you are confident in your purchase before ordering any of these items.
Exchange Process
If the new item is LESS expensive:
You will receive a coupon for the difference. Please note that monetary refunds will not be issued in this case.
If the new item is MORE expensive:
We will send you a secure link to pay the difference.
Packaging & Condition Requirements
Returned items must be sent in perfect condition, including:
- Original packaging and labels
- No visible signs of use
- Well protected during return shipping
If we receive an item in poor condition or improperly packaged, the return or exchange will be refused. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product is properly protected during return shipping.
Returns Will NOT Be Accepted If:
- The product shows signs of wear or use
- The product or its packaging is not returned in its original condition
