General terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of www.apreels.com (the "website") and the purchases made on it. By using the website or placing an order you accept these terms in the version published at that time. The texts are available in Spanish and English; in case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

2. Intellectual and industrial property

The APREELS trademark, the jewellery designs, photographs, texts and all other content on the website belong to APREELS JOYAS, S.L. or its licensors. Any total or partial reproduction, distribution, transformation or public communication without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

3. Use of the website

Access to the website is free and does not require registration. You agree to use it lawfully and not to harm its operation. We may change its content, design or these terms at any time; orders already confirmed are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.

We cannot guarantee the absence of interruptions or technical errors beyond our control, and we are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from ours.

4. Orders and contract

  • The sales contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email.
  • Photographs show our jewellery as faithfully as possible. As handmade pieces, each one may show small differences in shape, stone colour or finish, which are part of its handcrafted character.
  • If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will let you know and refund the amount paid within 14 days at the latest.

5. Prices and payment

  • Prices in euros include the VAT applicable to sales within the European Union. Shipping costs are shown before payment.
  • Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and taxes in the destination country, payable by the customer.
  • If the website shows another currency, the amount is approximate and is calculated from the price in euros.
  • Discount codes cannot be combined and do not apply to items already on sale, unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is made with the methods shown at checkout, all of them encrypted. We do not store your card details.

7. Right of withdrawal, exchanges and returns

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. The procedure, exceptions and form are on our Exchanges, returns and withdrawal page.

8. Warranty

All our jewellery carries the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users). It does not cover normal wear or damage caused by misuse, knocks or contact with chemicals (perfume, chlorine, etc.). In addition, we voluntarily offer one free re-plating during the first two years. 9. Data protection

We process your data as described in our Privacy policy.

10. Applicable law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence. You can file any complaint at info@apreels.com; we will reply as soon as possible and always within one month. You may also contact the consumer services of your region.
