Care guide
Pieces to wear, care for and keep.
Our jewellery is made to go with you every day. Each piece is crafted in 925 sterling silver, 24k gold plating or 18k solid gold, with special attention to materials and finishes.
Like anything that stays with us over time, jewellery needs some care to keep its beauty. Here are a few simple tips to keep your pieces in good condition for longer.
How to care for your jewellery
01. Storage
When you are not wearing them, keep your pieces in a cool, dry place. Ideally in their original box, in a jewellery box or in individual pouches, protected from humidity.
02. Perfumes and cosmetics
Put your jewellery on after applying perfume, creams or make-up. Avoid direct contact with chemicals, as they can alter the finish of the metals.
03. Contact with water
We recommend taking your jewellery off before showering, swimming in the sea or going into the pool, especially gold-plated pieces. Frequent contact with soap, chlorine and salt can speed up wear.
04. Avoid friction
Avoid storing several pieces together. Keeping them apart helps prevent rubbing, small scratches and tangled chains.
05. Everyday care
Humidity, sweat and exposure to certain products can affect metals. Gently clean and dry your pieces before putting them away, especially after wearing them for many hours.
06. Cleaning and maintenance
Use a soft, dry cloth and rub gently.
Over time
With use, metals can go through small natural changes: silver can darken and gold plating can gradually wear.
If your piece needs its gold plating renewed, write to us and we will help you restore its finish.
