At APREELS JOYAS, S.L. we process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). Here we explain which data we use, why, and what your rights are.

2. What data we process and why

  • Orders and purchases: name, address, email, phone and order details, to manage, ship and charge your order, handle exchanges, returns and warranty claims, and meet our tax obligations. Legal basis: performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations.
  • Enquiries: the data you send us through the form, email or WhatsApp, to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent and, if related to an order, performance of the contract.
  • Customer account: if you create one, your login details and order history. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
  • Newsletter: your email, to send you Apreels news and offers. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in each email.
  • Cookies and analytics: browsing data so the website works and, if you accept, for analytics and advertising. You can manage them in "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of the website.

3. How long we keep them

Order data, for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the legal periods (generally 6 years for commercial and tax obligations). Newsletter data, until you unsubscribe. Enquiry data, for as long as needed to deal with them.

4. Who we share them with

Only with the providers we need to deliver our service, acting as processors or as independent controllers as appropriate: the store platform (Shopify), payment methods (for example Shopify Payments, PayPal or Klarna), carriers, our email and newsletter provider, our advisers and, if you accept the relevant cookies, analytics and advertising tools (such as Meta). Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case they do so with the safeguards required by the GDPR (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses). We do not sell your data.

5. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@apreels.com. If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

6. Security and minors

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The website is not aimed at children under 14.
