Shipping policy

Every APREELS piece is handmade in our Valencia workshop. We work to get it to you as quickly as possible without compromising the care that goes into each piece.

Order preparation

  • We ship from Valencia (Spain).
  • In-stock pieces ship within 24 business hours. Made-to-order pieces take between 1 and 20 business days; the time is shown on each product page.
  • We do not make or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
  • During busy periods (Christmas, Black Friday, Valentine's Day or Mother's Day) times may be longer; if you need it for a specific date, we recommend ordering in advance.
  • When we ship your order you will receive an email with the tracking number.

  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €10 · free over €200
  • European Union: €10 · free over €250
  • USA, Australia and Canada: €10 · free over €250
  • Albania, Andorra, Cyprus, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland and Turkey: €20 · free over €350
  • Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Greenland, Mexico and Dominican Republic: €15 · free over €300
  • China, Philippines, New Zealand and Singapore: €30 · free over €500

The exact cost is shown before payment. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and taxes in the destination country, payable by the customer.

Estimated delivery times (from dispatch)

  • Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: 24-48 hours
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 3-7 business days
  • European Union: 4-7 business days
  • Rest of the world: 4-10 business days

Pickup in Valencia

If you live in Valencia you can pick up your order and check your ring size at our workshop, by appointment. Write to us through the contact form.

Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or does not arrive, email us at info@apreels.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
